(individual dose)


100g mango

1 tablespoon oat bran

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

75 ml of oat milk


toppings:


CACAO granola

a bit more mango

blueberries to taste

1 to 2 tablespoons of natural light Greek yogurt


accessories:


Organics cereal bowl

Dessert spoon



Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings indicated. Enjoy your smoothie!
