If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry, it is very easy to get it back. When you are login in choose the option “Forgot Password” and just add your e-mail address, so that we can send you a message with a link with which you’ll be able to create another password.





 

2. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT SIMPLU

Go to our online store and find what you are looking for. If you prefer, it is possible to use different filters to find the product you want more easily. As soon as you have all the chosen products in the shopping cart, click on it to make your order. Don’t forget to put your promotional code, in case you have one. If you want to add your tax number, it will be had it in the delivery document. You can also choose between a home delivery service or a different picking spot. Afterwards, select the paying method and, “finish order”. As simple as that!

You don’t need to be registered in our website to buy from us, but, if you do, your credit card data will be saved and that will simplify the process in your next order.

Check your e-mail, because you will receive a confirmation mail with all the details from your order.

3. PAYMENTS

Paying methods


To pay for your products, you can choose between one of the following types of payments:

DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard e American Express. If you pay with debit cards or American Express, the debit will be made in real time.
PAYPAL To purchase with PayPal, select this paying method and click on “Confirm Payment”. Afterwards, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to proceed with the payment. PAYPAL PAGAMENTO EXPRESS Save time in your next shopping session connecting your PayPal account with your Simplu account. Therefore, you won’t have to add your data of your PayPal account every time you’re shopping. To connect the two accounts, select PayPal as a paying method and select “Save Paypal data for future shopping”. After, you will be redirected to the paying page, where you can finish the linking process. If you want to disconnect the accounts, go to your PayPal account, in the “payments” section, and “manage automatic payments”.

4. SHIPMENTS

Shipment methods and cost


The delivery time and the shipping charges will vary depending the type of deliveries. You can also choose between a home delivery service or a different picking spot.The shipment cost will be automatically calculated and presented to you in the moment you make your order. As soon as your order leaves our storage, we will send you an email. PORTUGUESE MAINLAND The delivery time for orders made between Monday and Friday, before 12h00 am (CEST), will vary from 1 to 3 working days. PORTUGUESE ISLANDS The orders from Madeira (Madeira e Porto Santo) and Açores (Santa Maria, Terceira, São Jorge, Graciosa, Faial - Horta, Pico, Flores and Corvo) can take from 3 to 5 extra days. EUROPE For other European areas, check where your order is and the estimated waiting time here. Don’t Forget: In certain times of the year, the delivery time can be longer than usual due to other circumstances beyond our control.

I still haven’t received my order


If you haven’t received your order yet or the established deadline has already passed, check your email, because probably you already received an email informing the order already left our storage.Check where your order is right here. Don’t Forget: At certain times of the year, the delivery time can be longer than usual due to other circumstances beyond our control.




The products I received were not the ones I ordered or have defect


If you received a product with defect or different from the ones you order, we will reimburse the value of the product and the shipping cost associated whit those products, after checking the condition of the articles with our support team. In that case, please contact our support team indicating the delivery number and the wrong or defective products. Afterwards, please follow the steps indicated by our team.




I didn’t receive all the products I order. What should I do?


Check your e-mail to see if we informed you that some of the products weren’t available. If that’s the case, we will reimburse the value of the product that is missing and any kind of cost of shipping associated with that product. If you didn’t receive any email from us, please contact the Customer Support and we will answer you as soon as possible.





 

5. RETURNS

Return Policies


When it comes to Exchange or return articles you must know that:

The returned items must be in the same conditions that they were when received.

DON'T FORGET: The personalized products can not be returned or exchanged.

As soon as we get your package, we’ll check the condition of product(s) and we’ll reimburse you for the returned ones. Be aware that by sending the returned goods by post mail, we don’t accept payment upon reception method and we’ll not return the shipment costs or returning costs.




Refunds


The deadline for reimbursements may vary from 3 to 12 working days, after we received your returned products in our storage. As soon as we get to check the condition of the articles, we’ll send you an e-mail to inform you.

Remember that the refund we’ll be made in the same payment method used in your shopping.

In case you receive a product with defect or that you didn’t order and decide to send it by email, make sure you include in the package the bill charges statement. As soon as we get to check the condition of the articles, we’ll reimburse you with the cost of the returned products and the shipments and returning expenses attached.

The reimbursement for transportation costs will be made after the product’s refund.
