RECIPE // Chia seed pancakes

Our organic, vegan and gluten-free granolas are the perfect topping for pancakes, so here's our most popular pancake recipe. Easy and quick, it never disappoints!

(for 10 pieces)

300 ml oat vegetable drink

175g oat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 + 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

vegetable yoghurt


Place the flour, yeast and chia seeds in a bowl. Then add the vegetable drink and maple syrup. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.

Brush a non-stick frying pan with olive oil, turn on the heat and let it warm up. When it's hot, place pieces of batter, spaced apart, the size you want the pancakes to be and allow the edges to start to peel off and air bubbles to appear. Reduce the heat a little so they don't get too crispy. Turn the pancakes over and repeat the process until the batter is used up.

You can eat them plain or with vegetable yoghurt, fruit and, of course, one of our granolas as a topping. Enjoy!
