RECIPE // Pineapple Foam Triffle

Our versatile CERELLIN, organic and gluten-free, vegan and made with only natural ingredients, can be used in a variety of ways and to prove it to you, here's a recipe suggestion. Will you be able to resist?



(4 small bowls)


90g pineapple

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 egg whites1 teaspoon lemon juice


In a food processor grind the sugar to make it finer. Add the pineapple and crush. Set aside. Put the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer, add the lemon juice and beat until stiff.


Then add the pineapple mixture and beat slowly just to incorporate the flavors. In the bottom of a bowl place some CERELLIN chocolate, followed by some of the foam and finally some pineapple pieces. Repeat the process for the other 3 glasses. Enjoy your meal!
