What is the Great Taste?
For those unfamiliar, Great Taste is recognised as the world's largest and most respected food and drink accreditation scheme. This award is given by a panel of over 500 experts, including renowned chefs, buyers, writers and retailers. These experts are dedicated to evaluating products rigorously, providing honest, direct and unbiased feedback. Being awarded a Great Taste is not just a recognition of quality; it is validation that we are on the right track in offering the best to our customers.
What this award means for Simplu
Simplu is a brand that prides itself on creating foods that are 100 per cent natural and vegan in origin, with organic certification and gluten-free certification. From the outset, our mission has always been clear: to provide products that are not only healthy, but that also bring pleasure to every bite. Every award we receive at the Great Taste Awards reinforces the importance of this mission and inspires us to continue innovating.
The CERELLIN Range: A Healthy Revolution
CERELLIN Caramel is the latest award-winning member of our CERELLIN range, which was launched in 2021. This range was born out of an innovative idea: to create a product that was as versatile as it was tasty. Since its launch, CERELLIN has been a hit with our customers, as they can use it in a variety of ways. Whether as a breakfast cereal, a crunchy snack to savour during the day, or as granola to add that extra touch to smoothies or porridge, CERELLIN has won over the most demanding palates.
The CERELLIN range includes three delicious flavours: Chocolate, Caramel and Raspberry. Each of these flavours has been developed to offer a unique experience, combining nutrition with the pleasure of a crunchy, tasty snack. The fact that two of these flavours - CERELLIN Chocolate (2022) and CERELLIN Caramel (2024) - have been recognised with Great Taste awards is testament to the quality and innovation we put into every product we create.

The recognition of CERELLIN Caramel joins other awards that we have already had the honour of receiving at the Great Taste Awards over the years. In 2018, our Cocoa Granola and Matcha Granola were also honoured, marking the beginning of a tradition of excellence that we have continued to this day. Each of these awards has a special meaning for us, as it represents recognition of our constant effort to create products that don't compromise health for flavour - or vice versa.
