Surprise your better half with this chocolate and tofu mousse, an irresistible dessert for a special Valentine's Day! 70g chocolate bar (70% cocoa)
170g silken tofu
1 Medjool date
40g agave syrup
12g raw cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla flavouring
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
topping: CHOCOSTRAWBS granola
Place the stoned dates in a bowl and cover with hot water. Leave to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
When the date has softened, pour out the water and put the date in the blender jug with the silken tofu, agave syrup, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour in the melted hot chocolate and blend again.
Pour the cream into 3 bowls and sprinkle with CHOCOSTRAWBS granola. Chill for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
