Oatmeal with Turmeric and Coconut Milk Powder



Porridge is a breakfast classic, but this version with turmeric and coconut milk powder will surprise you! As well as being delicious, this recipe stands out for its nutritional benefits, combining 100% natural ingredients that promote well-being and energy throughout the day. The organic, gluten-free and vegan ALMOND granola used as a topping makes this the perfect breakfast to start the morning with flavour and balance!



Ingredients


(for 1 person)


200 ml water

2 tablespoons Simplu Coconut Milk Powder

1/2 teaspoon Simplu Turmeric

3 tablespoons Simplu Oat Flakes

1/2 medium ripe banana (mashed)



For the toppings:


ALMOND Simplu Granola

Dehydrated blueberries

A dash of maple syrup



How to prepare


Start by heating the water in a pan. Add the Simplu Coconut Milk Powder and stir well until completely dissolved.


Then add the Simplu Turmeric, the Simplu Oat Flakes and the previously crushed banana.


Switch on the heat and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until you have a thick, creamy mixture.


When it's ready, pour the porridge into a bowl. Finish with the toppings: add a crunchy layer of ALMOND Simplu Granola, some dehydrated blueberries and a dash of maple syrup to sweeten slightly. Enjoy!
