Ingredients for the recipe: Pink Pack
/ CHIA PUDDING WITH AND WITHOUT PITAYA
5 tablespoons chia seeds
250 ml oat vegetable drink (plus extra for pitaya)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 teaspoons pitaya Simplu powder
/ BANANA AND STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
2 medium sized frozen bananas
7 small strawberries
2 teaspoons Simplu strawberry powder
Simplu PITAYA Granola
First freeze the bananas, sliced.
In a bowl pour the chia seeds, vegetable drink and maple syrup. Stir, cover and let sit for at least 2 hours. When the chia is all hydrated divide the mixture between two bowls and in one of the bowls add the pitaya powder. To dissolve it well you will have to add a little more oatmeal vegetable drink, little by little, until you get a uniform pink color.
Take the frozen banana, put it in a food processor, together with the fresh strawberries and the strawberry powder. Grind it well. You will have to stop halfway through to stir until you get a very uniform ice cream, both in texture and pink color.
To assemble as pictured, place some chia pudding with pitaya in the bottom of a jar, then some chia pudding without pitaya, followed by a layer of pitaya granola and finally some ice cream. Bon appetit!
