Chocolate Mint Smoothie

1 ripe banana (128g, weight with peel)

20g fresh spinach

125 ml almond drink

7g cocoa powder

4 fresh mint leaves

1 Medjool date

1 teaspoon chia seeds


Topping: MENTA granola



Pitaya, pineapple and banana smoothie

½ pitaya (113g)

1 ripe banana (125g, weight with peel)

73g fresh pineapple

100 ml almond drink

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 teaspoon linseed


Topping: PITAYA granola and pineapple chunks


Red Fruit smoothie


(for 2 servings)


1 ripe banana (125g, weight with peel)

130g fresh strawberries

63g raspberries

78g blueberries

250 ml almond drink

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon maple syrup: 1 tablespoon berry granola


Topping: berry granola, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries


Mango, Orange and Ginger smoothie

1 medium-sized orange (90g)

½ ripe mango (80g)

½ banana (64g, weight with peel)

125 ml almond milk

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 slice of fresh ginger (5g)


Topping: CITRIC granola and fresh blueberries
