Millet and Pear Cream with CERELLIN Caramel - Comfort and Crunch in Every Spoonful

For days when you're in the mood for something warm, comforting and nutritious, this millet and pear cream is the perfect choice. Naturally sweet, creamy and easy to digest, it's an excellent alternative to traditional porridge. 63g millet
316g vegetable soya drink
79g water
1 small rock pear
1 lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
topping: CERELLIN Caramel
First you need to soak the millet overnight. The next day drain the water and set aside.
Place the drained millet, a peeled pear cut into small pieces, lemon zest, cinnamon stick, milk (or vegetable drink) and water in a pan. Switch on the heat and let it come to the boil. When it does, turn the heat to minimum.
Leave to cook for around 12 to 15 minutes, until the liquid has reduced considerably and the millet is cooked.
Remove from the heat and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Divide between two bowls and add the CERELLIN caramel for that extra crunch! Enjoy!
