RECIPE // Beetroot smoothie with Granola Rose

The softness of beetroot meets the crunch and unmistakable flavour of Rose Granola, an organic, vegan and gluten-free granola made with 100% natural ingredients. This perfect combination not only takes your day to a new level of freshness and vitality, but also nourishes your body in a conscious and sustainable way.





(for 1 serving)


1/2 raw medium beetroot (80g)

1/2 small avocado (90g)

125 ml vegetable drink (flavour to taste)

80g frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

1 dessert spoon lemon juice


toppings:

Granola ROSE

white chocolate chips to taste

dehydrated raspberries to taste

macadamia nuts to taste

rose petals to taste


Place the peeled beetroot and the vegetable drink in the bowl of the food processor and blend. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until you have a smoothie with a very creamy texture and a deep pink colour.

Pour into a bowl and serve with ROSE granola, white chocolate chips, dehydrated raspberries, macadamia nuts and rose petals. Enjoy!
