Our BERRY granola, organic and gluten-free, vegan and made only with natural products, gave that extra crunch to this delicious smoothie. The recipe is from our dear Ana Rita Lebreiro (@nutripontocome).

In blueberry season and in warm weather, nothing beats a delicious smoothie!!!

Coconut smoothie:
3 tablespoons Simplu wholemeal oat flakes
125 ml of oatmeal plant-based drink
1 tablespoon coconut milk powder (Simplu)
Blueberry smoothie:
3 tablespoons Simplu wholemeal oat flakes
125 ml oatmeal plant-based drink
1 dessertspoon Simplu blueberry powder
Toppings: BERRY granola, blackberries and coconut milk powder to taste.
In two different bowls, place the ingredients of each smoothie, the coconut and the blueberry. Cover and leave to stand for 2 hours. At the end of this time, take the coconut smoothie and pour it into a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide this smoothie between two new bowls. Repeat the process for the blueberry smoothie. Divide the smoothie between the previous bowls.
To complete the recipe, add a little BERRY granola, some halved blackberries and a pinch of coconut milk powder to each of the bowls. Enjoy!
