RECIPE // Chocolate Delight

Matcha granola, organic and gluten-free, vegan and made with only natural ingredients, is a very versatile granola that can be combined with a wide variety of foods, such as chocolate. If you have any doubts, make this recipe and see for yourself :)


For two servings you will need:


Ingredients:


85g of chocolate (70% cacao)

215 ml of oat vegetable drink (or other vegetable drink)

4 Medjool dates


Suggestion for toppings: MATCHA granola and raspberries


Start by melting the chocolate, broken into pieces, in a bain marie. Meanwhile, place the vegetable drink together with the stoned dates in a blender and blend to make it uniform. Then add the melted chocolate and blend again.


Divide the mixture into bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When serving, we suggest using MATCHA granola along with some raspberries. Enjoy your meal!



NOTE: it keeps well for 3 days in the refrigerator
