Breakfast suggestion using our organic, gluten-free PITAYA granola, made with only vegan and natural ingredients. Cocoa crepes that are quick to make and whose recipe you'll never tire of repeating. We hope you like it :)
(for 2 crepes)
1 egg
2 tablespoons sweet corn starch
1 tablespoon oatmeal (or low-fat milk)
1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon (barely full) of maple syrup
toppings: Pitaya granola, light natural Greek yogurt and white dehydrated cranberries
In a bowl place the egg and beat with a wire rod. Then add the sweet corn starch, the raw cocoa powder, and stir again to make it a little uniform. Then add the vegetable drink and the maple syrup. Stir until you get a homogeneous cream.
Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil and remove the excess with a piece of kitchen paper. Turn on the heat and let it warm up. Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly over the entire surface. When the edges start to take off turn the crepe over. Repeat the process for the rest of the dough.
Arrange on a plate and then add the suggested toppings. Bon appetite!!!
